Set Up Your Teacher Account

Follow these simple steps to get your classroom up and running with AI-powered coloring assignments.

Step 1
Create Your School Organization

Start by setting up your organization and subscribing to the Teacher Plan.

Visit the organization purchase page

Go to here to get started

Enter your school information

Provide your school name and basic details

Subscribe to the Teacher Plan ($249/year)

Includes 750 credits upfront and all management tools

Step 2
Create Your Classrooms

Sync from Google Classroom or manually create classrooms for better organization.

Navigate to your organization dashboard

Access your teacher panel after signing in

Option 1: Sync Google Classroom (Recommended)

Connect your Google account and import your existing classrooms with one click. Students are automatically invited via email.

Option 2: Create manually

Add classrooms one by one with custom names (e.g., "Grade 3A", "Art Club", "Period 2")

Step 3
Invite Students to Classrooms

Add students to your classrooms so they can access assignments.

Generate invite links

Create unique invite links for each classroom

Share links with students

Students click the link to join and create their accounts

Assign students to classrooms

Students are automatically added to the classroom when they join via the invite link

Step 4
Create AI Coloring Assignments

Set up assignments for your students to work on.

Select target classroom(s)

Choose which classrooms will receive this assignment

Set assignment details

Add title, description, and optional due date

Choose approval mode

  • Pre-approval: Review prompts before generation
  • No approval: Students generate directly

Select assignment structure

  • Task-based: Define specific tasks with prompts and settings
  • Budget-based: Set a credit budget for open exploration

Credits reserved automatically

Credits are automatically reserved based on the assignment settings and number of students

Step 5
Students Work on Assignments

Understand how students interact with assignments.

Pre-Approval Mode (Recommended for younger students)

Student crafts a prompt: Student writes what they want to create

Teacher reviews: You see the prompt and can approve, reject, or request changes

Back and forth: Student can revise based on your feedback

Generation: Once approved, the AI generates the coloring page

No Approval Mode (For older/advanced students)

Student crafts a prompt: Student writes what they want to create

Immediate generation: The AI generates the coloring page right away

Teacher monitors: You can still view all student work and prompts
